Artur Sekula is founder and Your Talent Expert at Essence Crew, A new, fresh and innovative business ‘in the hospitality recruitment’, he directs over 550 temporary professionals and overlook all other permanent short and long assignments (across the Australian employment market) in the design and delivery of recruitment projects and programs that touched over 1,000 people in first year.

Artur has worked extensively in areas of Hospitality around the World. Born and well educated in Poland has worked in America and Australia for over 24 years. Using his international experience next project is to improve standards, behaviour and generational change, innovation and collaboration with clients across all Hospitality businesses.

He has completed as a part of study – research on international recruitment projects on subjects as diverse as talent attraction and the impact of industry business leaders and education on young generation.
